I haven’t done a ‘sisters’ post since January so I thought it was about time for another. I did start a draft in March and reading it back it was mostly about them squabbling. Which they still do, of course, they are siblings but it’s not the first thing that springs to mind.
They’ve spent a lot of time together over the summer holidays and have mostly loved it. We had a day out with friends last month and the other mum commented on what a tight unit the girls are. I hadn’t thought of it in that way before but I think she’s right.
This does mean they are missing each other now that Seren is back at school. Imogen is keeps asking “Where’s Seren?” and says “Let’s go and get her!” when I say that she’s at school.
Imogen is still copying a lot of what Seren does so the pressure is on the big one to be a good role model. It did make me laugh though when Seren was cross with me (because it wasn’t lunch time yet) in the photo above and Imogen immediately jumped up on the rock too to be cross with me, even though I don’t think she knew why.
